Refund and Returns Policy

PURCHASES MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. It must be returned in its original condition.
2. Decals that have been applied will not be refundable.
3. If the item or items require our trucks for pick-up, an additional charge will apply.
4. Online, shipped orders will need to be shipped back at your expense IF the product is not damaged from the factory and/or courier. If it is, then we will be happy to discuss a shipping arrangement with you.
5. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
6. Returned items will be refunded after inspection upon our receipt of product. It will also ONLY be refunded if it was a mistake from our side.
7. The original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, will be applied in the original method of payment.
8. If the design has been approved and produced, we will not be held responsible for any mistakes.
